Job Description

  • Part of Valens customer support team
  • Act as tier 2 line for Customer technical cases
  • Manage closure on customer issues with internal design staff
  • Design review of customers FW integration of Valens device drivers
  • Identify and report on critical customer needs
  • Conduct FW technical documentation

Job Requirements

  • BSc or more in Electrical Eng. computer science or similar degree from a well-known university (GPA above 80) – Must
  • 5 years of relevant experience
  • Independent work ability
  • Embedded systems experience
  • System Overview Capability
  • Proficient level of English (Good written and verbal communication skills)
  • Experience in Linux-Kernel environment – Advantage
  • Previous experience providing customer-facing technical support- Advantage
  • Familiarity of HW drivers work – Advantage
  • Deep understanding of multi-threading environment and concepts
