Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Controller to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the company’s financial operations, assist in the preparation of financial reports, and help ensure full compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and SOX requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Maintain compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
• Assist with statutory reporting, tax filings, and audit activities
• Provide guidance to bookkeepers and support ad-hoc finance projects

Job Requirements

• BA in Accounting from a recognized academic institution — Mandatory
• CPA license
• Big 4 internship graduate — Must
• Experience in the high-tech industry — Advantage
• Excellent Excel skills — Must
• High-level English proficiency — Must
