The Valens VA7000 chipset family is the first to implement the global MIPI A-PHY℠ standard, offering multi-gig asymmetric connectivity. The chipsets are designed to extend CSI-2-based sensors – cameras, radars, and LiDARs, simplifying in-vehicle architecture and reducing total system cost.
Deserializer for the extension of up to four CSI-2 channels over MIPI A-PHY, for up to 15m/50ft, with support of 4 x 2-8Gbps, and additional input of a local D-PHY CSI-2 link
Output of 2 X CSI-2 links, each to be configured as C-PHY or D-PHY
Support for up to 16 CSI-2 virtual channels on each CSI-2 link; each can be routed to any output, including duplication
VA7042
