VA7000 Family

Valens’ VA7000 family of automotive chipsets is the first to implement the MIPI A-PHY standard, delivering ultra-high-speed connectivity with the most resilient PHY for error-free links and high EMC/EMI immunity over a 15m/50ft wire. The VA7000 family is a standard, hardware-based solution optimized for asymmetric links with no software stack. It guarantees a high-performing, simplified architecture, leading to a reduction in wire harness complexity and lower total system costs.

With near-zero latency, the VA7000 family supports time-sensitive, high-throughput traffic, and is optimized for remote connectivity of CSI-2-based image sensors, RADARs, LIDARs, and cameras.

VA7031

  • Input and extension of CSI-2 (Serializer) over MIPI A-PHY channel specs, for up to 15m/50ft
  • Support for bandwidth of 2-8Gbps, with up to four inline connectors, delivering superior EMI/EMC performance
  • Support of up to 16 CSI-2 channels
