Valens Appoints Gideon Ben-Zvi as Interim CEO

Hod Hasharon, Israel, February 3rd, 2020. Valens, the developer of high-speed connectivity technology for the audiovisual and automotive markets, and its Board of Directors announced today that they have appointed Gideon Ben-Zvi as the company’s interim CEO, effective immediately, upon the retirement of Dror Jerushalmi, who has decided to step down from his position for personal reasons.  Mr. Jerushalmi will continue to serve as a member of Valens’ Board of Directors.

Mr. Ben-Zvi is a serial entrepreneur, having founded six companies, with three successful exits so far. He has previously served as CEO in different companies and is currently engaged as partner in the Aviv Venture Capital, one of Valens’ investors. Mr. Ben-Zvi is also an active member of Valens’ Board of Directors, and as such is deeply familiar with the company, the business units, and the technology.
