With 30 years of R&D management, VLSI engineering, and Mixed Signal design experience, Massad heads Valens’ Core Technology Development team, focused on state-of-the-art and advanced ideas for our future products. Massad originally established and managed the company’s R&D department until its 10th anniversary and developed the HDBaseT technology from concept to reality.

Eyran is the lead inventor of HDBaseT technology. A co-founder and the company’s CTO, he is responsible for technology and strategy development and for the company’s patent portfolio. Eyran’s background includes 25 years of communication systems software and hardware architecture development experience, with primary expertise in wireline hardwired DSP modem design. He holds 55 US patents and is the Chair of the HDBaseT Alliance Technical Committee. In this position, Eyran is responsible for the definition and development of new HDBaseT specifications.

Moshe Doron

With more than 25 years of experience in product, management, design and system architecture in a range of sectors, Moshe leads Valens’ Product team towards defining the company’s automotive roadmap and specifications. Working closely with the R&D team, he ensures the development of the best solutions to our customers. Moshe works closely with the company’s ecosystem of customers and partners to advance Valens’ automotive technology. Moshe holds an MBA from the Tel Aviv University, and a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology.

Gabi has become one of the most respected and knowledgeable voices in the AV industry, advocating the importance of standardized solutions and advancing the AV industry; helping to build a strong AV and HDBaseT ecosystem.

Ariel brings to his role as Sr. Vice President of Corporate Development more than 20 years of strategic business development, industry standardization and planning experience. Ariel leads Valens’ strategic partnerships and ventures, as well as collaborations with industry consortia, promoting the company’s technology both in the audiovisual and automotive sectors. Ariel also holds the position of President at the HDBaseT Alliance.

With more than 10 years of experience in the hi-tech industry in various business development, marketing and product management roles, Dana is responsible for the company’s marketing activities. Dana leads the company’s messaging, positioning, go-to-market and general marketing activities, including communications, tradeshows, media, digital marketing and more. Dana has contributed to building the Valens and HDBaseT brands, and establishing the company’s leadership in both the audiovisual and automotive markets.
