Job Description

• Explores new markets and make contact with customers through technical forums
• Respond to a technical inquire from customer.
• Help customer to design their product.
• Debug the hardware and software.
• Provide onsite support as necessary – Travels and support customers with short notice.
• Provide technical presentation or training to a customer.
• Interface between customer and Valens HQ.
• Someone who also has the ability to perform business development and present products.
• Create and foster relationships with key customers.
• Identify and report to the HQ on critical customer needs.
• Work with internal design staff to drive closure on customer issues.
• Conduct and translate technical documentation.

Job Requirements

• More than 10 years’ experience in high tech industry,
• Have experiences to work for Start-up and Structured company.
• Pre-& Post sales, technical support experience in Semiconductor, Computer and IT industry
• Worked for foreign company
• Electronics & Microcomputer Circuit Design
• Strong understanding of Audio & Visual Interface standard, HDMI, DVI, HDCP, etc.
• Strong understanding of Serial Interface, I2C, SPI, USB, and RS232C, etc
• Strong understanding of Networking, Ethernet, UDP/TCP/IP, DHCP, DLNA, HTTP, etc.
• Understanding of Programming Language, C++
• Positive and energetic attitude with ambitious, upbeat, highly creative, self-motivated personality Good English Reading, Writing and Speaking (TOEIC 700)
• Have a strong motivation to exploring new markets and identifying key players in these markets – to build a technical requirements plan
• Have well natured personality who can easily adjust & absorb something new.
• Have a great communication skill to build good relationship with the customers, HQ and our distributors.
• Effective in a dynamic environment, comfortable with environments lacking full definition, willing to take risks.
• Good at influencing others, both externally and internally; ability to work effectively and build consensus across various functional groups to achieve goals.
• Makes contacts with customers through technical forums a self-starting orientation with an intense desire/drive to “make things happen”.
• Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks
• Solid work ethic, high energy in approaching to getting things done without the assistance of significant infrastructure.
Education: The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
