Job Description
- Located in Stuttgart Area, Germany
- Supports Valens automotive customers on daily basis including technical issues and Customer Support cases/tickets
- Works with the EU sales team to support the business development and sales process as needed
- Reports to the Global Automotive customer support leader
Job Requirements
Customer support
- EU Automotive FAE is the first tier for customer support mainly in Germany.
- Has daily communication with the customers for technical support, new features requests and other customer requests.
- Provides support on customer premises as needed
- Reviews customer designs, high level block diagrams, schematics and Layouts. Supports the customer system bring up.
Business Development and Sales Support
- Attends meetings related to sales and business development as requested by the local business development and sales team
- Participates in tradeshows and events as needed
- Runs technical presentations, demos, training seminars for customer and market education
Qualifications
- EE Bsc and minimum 5 years experience in automotive industry
- Experience in high speed board level design
- Embedded software expertise – an advantage
- Team player, self-starter and good communication skills
